Sales & Marketing Internship
Interns support the growth of Broken Rib Coffee by engaging with churches, nonprofits, and community partners to expand subscription sales and brand visibility. They learn hands-on outreach, social media strategy, event activation, email campaigns, and storytelling, helping communicate how coffee  sales can make an impact in Mexico.
Apparel & Graphic Design Internship
Interns design mission-aligned merchandise, branding assets, and digital visuals that reflect the culture of Chiapas and Baja Bound. Projects include apparel graphics, product mockups, social media visuals, and on-brand creative pieces used in marketing, events, and fundraising initiatives.
Humanitarian Advancements Internship
Interns help plan, document, and support Broken Rib Coffee’s mission work: from orphanage partnerships to Baja Bound home builds. They assist with needs assessments, impact tracking, community project coordination, and storytelling that highlights the lives of families and children being served through coffee-funded initiatives.
Economic Sustainability Internship
Interns explore how ethical trade and responsible supply chains can uplift communities in Mexico. They help analyze fair-trade pricing models, track economic impact metrics, support farmer-partner research, and develop scalable systems that strengthen long-term sustainability for both producers and mission partners.
